ABOUT JM TAEKWONDO

JM Taekwondo isa premier training centre that offers classes for all ages and abilities. Their classes focus on practicing offence and defence using their feet and hands and through sparring, breaking, and self-defence techniques in accordance to the basic principles of Taekwondo. JM Taekwondo's experienced masters teach the appropriate skills that fit the physical condition of adult trainees and children. It aims to enhance self-esteem, improve concentration, strengthen mind and body as well as build confidence.
