    Most of us have converted our homes into our offices due to the pandemic. There is a high chance we don't have the same ergonomic setup as we do at our workplace, and this could spell trouble for our spine and affect our posture.


    Join us and listen to Ms Lisa Gold, Urban Rehab Physiotherapist, as she shares with us how we can avoid common musculoskeletal issues while working from home.

    Lisa Gold graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) and has extensive experience in the fields of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation.

    Having experienced several sports-related injuries herself, Lisa’s passion lies in helping patients return to their activities as quickly as possible, while ensuring their rehabilitation provides long term solutions that will minimize their risk of future injury.
