Textile Recycling Drive
EVENT DESCRIPTION
We’re back with our annual textile recycling drive! Join us in decluttering wardrobes and give your preloved clothes a second home! Recyclables collected will be handed over to second-hand textile importers in various developing countries.
With your contributions, we will save the environment by:
- Conserving natural resources
- Reducing environmental pollution
- Facilitating economical clothing prices in developing countries
Items we collect: Clean clothes, towels, bedsheets, curtains, cushion covers, functional bags, belts
Items we do not accept: Rubbish, wet/mouldy/torn/stained items, books, toys, stationery, undergarments, used socks, kitchenware, pillows, bolsters, cushions, fragile items.
Please pack your clean textiles into plastic/paper bags and seal it to prevent contamination. Drop off the items at our textile collection box located at our clubhouse (Chill@5, Level 5 of the Executive Centre). A small token of appreciation will be provided for participants.

ABOUT GREENSQUARE
Greensquare aspires to make a positive impact, with a target of doubling the percentage of recycled textiles from 7% to 14% by 2030. They provide free textile recycling services to households and organisations in Singapore and promote awareness of the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) through education.
