EVENT DESCRIPTION
The way of tea has a rich history that can be traced back more than 1,200 years ago. This mid-autumn at NTU Alumni Club promises to be an eye-opening multi-sensory experience as we explore the traditional art form of tea appreciation in China, Japan, and continental Europe.
Join us this Mid-Autumn Festival in celebration of tea excellence.We will enjoy the experience of tea and mooncake pairings with highly fermented oolong teas from the high mountains of Taiwan and Fujian, China withcertified tea sommelier Ms Chen Shumin from Miss Tea Delight.

Miss Tea Delight is a play on words and sounds like “misty delight”, referring to tea plants that flourish in the mountains and thrive on the misty dewy mountain air. Professionally, Miss Tea Delight is a certified tea sommelier at the International Tea Sommelier Academy ITSA who specialises in fine teas that are carefully sourced, tasted, and reviewed for the discerning palate.
