EVENT DESCRIPTION
Be part of a change – do it the FRESH way!
In collaboration with the Children’s Wishing Well (CWW), we are looking for 10 volunteers to join in the FRESH (Fresh gRoceries for Every Student’s Home) programme. FRESH supports children from low-income families, where the beneficiaries learn about the importance of a balanced diet and learn to manage their budget through careful planning and decision-making when grocery shopping. All volunteers will be briefed on the actual day of the event.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Sponsor $50 to a child
- 1-to-1 Volunteer-Child Pair Work to plan a shopping list and ensure programme requirements are met
- Bring and guide child with the shopping, based on the shopping list prepared
- Debrief session

ABOUT Children’s Wishing Well
Children’s Wishing Well annually supports financially disadvantaged children through academic aid, meals, and socio-emotional care in the Children Enrichment Programme. Initiatives like Reach For The Stars and FRESH impart life skills, empowering children to break free from poverty cycles.
