HOST’S PROFILE:
Mr. Leon Lim began his career in teaching, where he shaped young minds and committed to the process of designing effective curriculum in schools. After a fulfilling career as an educator, Mr. Lim stepped out and continued to shape young lives in the educational scene as a Director of Chinese Curriculum at a private centre. With a passion in culinary arts, Mr. Lim entered the 2nd season of MasterChef Singapore and emerged as the runner-up. He continues to pursue his passion for cooking by acting as a culinary consultant for renowned brands and businesses, and uses his background in teaching to impart his culinary knowledge to those keen on improving their skills.
